A Fabulous Weekend

This weekend has been awesome and we've had absolutely perfect fall weather, which always puts me in a good mood :) My friend Hillary from Equestrian at Hart came to visit me at school yesterday/today, and we just went to the barn and messed around with Limerick, my friend Kimmie, and her horse Jazz. It was quite an adventure and I was unwisely talked into sliding backwards off of Limerick, which he was not exactly thrilled about and started walking forward once I got to his butt... Hillary got some really funny video of that whole ordeal:

Then, after the barn last night, the three of us went to a great restaurant not far from school and then to Baskin Robbins. I can't remember the last time I was that full! Hillary and I got up and went to the barn again this morning (WAY earlier than I normally get up), where she rode her/my old horse Panda and we went on a trail ride. It was such a gorgeous morning and we just wandered around, exploring the open fields behind my barn... it was perfect. Here's a picture of Lim and I, that I shamelessly stole from H's blog: 

Finally, after our early morning ride, I went shopping with some school friends and had a blast, just eating good food and enjoying the break from our little college bubble! I'll leave you with some more pictures from the past couple of days..
