Training ride!

Today, I went out to watch J, dressage trainer extraordinaire, ride Timmers and whip his butt into dressage-y shape. I decided to take my camera along, since I can rarely resist inundating you all with pictures ;)

I realized I never posted pictures of my loaner!! It's not exactly sparkling clean, but gorgeous regardless

Maclay Finals 2014!

I can pretty much sum up today with this: man, do I appreciate equitation. It's absolutely amazing what these kids can do with their horses. Such finesse and control! I'd really like to give it a go some day, once I get to the level where eventing scares me to death. Tori Colvin and Patrick won - he is a seriously sexy horse! Have some pictures :)
