Clever title, I know ;) More like my not-so-subtle reference to the two Liebster awards I received from Natalie S. over at The Walker Chronicles and Hillary from Equestrian at Hart.

11 Random Facts

My first (and only) pony was named Tye-Dye
I don't drink and don't know if I ever will
I slept with a blanket over my head for the majority of my adolescence, all because of one episode of a scary murder mystery show that I was too young to watch (I'm a huge wimp when it comes to scary anything)
At this time last year, I was dead set on being a hunter and showing at Devon one day
My family has 5 dogs, 3 cats, 1 fish, and 2 horses
Our all-time record was 9 cats at once. We have never had more than 5 dogs
I love to read. In high school, I would read anything I could get my hands on and was always the weird girl with her nose buried in a book, rather than socializing like a normal teenager
If you couldn't tell from the last fact, I'm a huge introvert
I'm not a crier. I've actually clogged my tear ducts a couple of times because I went so long without crying
I have 18 cousins on my dad's side of the family alone
My absolute dream job would be working as a National Geographic photographer and traveling the world with the sole purpose of taking pictures. And having the biggest/fanciest lens money can buy ;)

Favorite gait? - Canter, hands down.
Favorite breed of horse? - Irish Sport Horse, but I'm slightly biased
Favorite famous racehorse? - Zenyatta. I admit that I don't know many, but she's gorgeous
Favorite tack shop? -Wise Choice, Lexington KY
Favorite tack brand? - County Saddles or Aramas Bridles. It's a tie!
If you could be anyone for a day who would you want to be? - Oh my gosh, this is a hard one! I want to be Andrew Nicholson on XC day of Rolex. Or, you know, winning Rolex...
Discipline you would like to try? - Reining. I also want to play around in the jumpers one day.
Thing(s) that you are most afraid of? - Things that I have no control over
Favorite TV show? - Game of Thrones
Biggest barn pet peeve? - When I have to sweep up for other people in order to use the wash stall. Also, crazy B.O.s
If given an unlimited budget and 1 month to travel where would you go? - Africa!!

What other discipline would you try if you had the chance and why?- I already answered this one, so see above!
If you had no financial concerns or ties, what job would you rather be doing than the one you have now? What is your dream job?-Fortunately my parents are just crazy enough that they haven't forced me to work while I'm in school, so I don't currently have a job. My dream jobs are veterinarian, National Geographic photographer, interior decorator, and wedding planner. If I could do all of those things at once, I would!
What is your one weakness?-I'm extremely stubborn and argumentative... doesn't always work in my favor but I'd probably make a damn good lawyer
Describe the qualities of your perfect horse (breed, age, height, colour, capabilities, etc.)-I would want an extremely scopey jumper who is also very fancy on the flat. Breed doesn't matter so much, but either a thoroughbred, Irish Sport, or a lighter warmblood. Ideal age would be 10 years old, 16.3-17 hands, and either blood bay or nearly black. I would most likely continue to event, but it'd be pretty awesome to have one horse solely for GP dressage and one for GP show jumping!

What would you name the autobiography of your life?- Haha I don't really think my life is interesting enough to write a book on and I have always been terrible at coming up with titles.
Tell me about the best day you've had with your horse.- The day that stuck out in my mind was the first and only time we schooled XC. I wasn't expecting much from Limerick given his atrocious behavior when my trainer schooled him a few months earlier and even had a plan in case he was too terrible for me to comfortably ride. However, he totally proved me wrong and took care of me the whole day, waiting like a gentleman while Collyn schooled, being brave about the scary new park, and tying to the trailer like a champ :)
What other animals do you have in your life?- I mentioned this in my random facts, but I have 5 dogs, 3 cats, 1 fish, and 2 horses. The dogs are as follows: Lucy (beagle mix), Theo and Elly (Cavalier KCS), Molly (Corgi), Cricket (Sheltie). Some of you probably don't know this, but we still technically own my old horse Panda, though we have been trying to sell him for over a year... Luckily, he is currently out on trial!!
What is your favorite TV show (assuming you have time for that kind of thing!)-Game of Thrones, but I actually don't watch any TV during the school year (BOOOO). I recently caught up on everything I missed :)
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you go? Don't worry, you can bring your horse!-I would live in New Zealand. My country home would be in the gorgeous lush areas where the Hobbit/LOTR were filmed and my city home would be in Auckland. I would of course train with the completely B.A. eventers who currently occupy NZ, most notably Andrew Nicholson, Jock Paget, Mark Todd, Jonelle Richards, etc. New Zealanders are currently dominating international eventing with 6 riders placing in the top 20 at the Luhmühlen CCI 4*
You can put three pictures on your desk at work. Which ones do you choose and of who or what- One of me and Limmers, one of me and my parents/sister, and one of me and my three best friends (Kimmie, Kristen, and Hillary)
