You're brave eating red meat in France, I'm a real wimp...they never cook it well enough for me! I often feel like telling them to burn it by their standards so that I can eat it - lol. Not a fan of pink meat so I'm not! That reminds me actually, I really must share my pics from Paris at the start of Dec, I think they are on my pc at home...
